Some hot rolling levellers also have the function of trimming

large sheet opener:

generally, it can process cold-rolled coils with a thickness of 0.3mm ~ 3.0mm. In the early days, the sheet opener can only process the cold-rolled coil with the width of 1300mm, but with the wide application of 1500mm cold-rolled coil, the 1500mm width opener soon occupied the market. The processing capacity of cold rolling leveler is mainly reflected in leveling, surface protection, stamping and so on

fine small flattening:

generally refers to the flattening machine for processing cold-rolled coils with a width of less than 800mm, and the processing thickness is 0.3~3.0mm. Like the large-scale start-up of sheet metal, it mainly processes cold-rolled coils with high requirements, especially for surface protection, which is generally high. Its products are generally fixed sheets, which are widely used in stamping, meticulous cutting and so on

the opener has reasonable design structure, compact shape, good precision, good efficiency, and flexible and convenient adjustment

the manufacturing process of the leveler is strictly in accordance with the mechanical design specifications, and the material of the leveling roll is bearing steel GCr15

the working shaft support of the leveler adopts heavy-duty bearings, which cooperate with the lubrication system and have a long service life
