1 First measure the height of the four corners of the front and rear rows of the tile press from the gantry to the upper end of the shaft, and then from the good row to the next row, find a line to straighten, check whether it is in a straight line, and adjust the left and right sides of the lower shaft to a horizontal state

2. Find the center of the first row and the next row of the tile press, and then firmly lock the nuts on both sides. Pull a straight line in front of and behind the center of the middle wheel. After adjusting the gap between the upper and lower shafts, you can adjust the machine along the straight line

3. If the tile press deviates to the right when pressing the steel plate, you need to find a hard object to pad under the left corner. If it deviates to the left, on the contrary, you need to pad under the right corner
