among them, it should be noted that the size between the upper and lower rows of roller pressing wheels is fixed, so we can press the color steel plate with the specified size, and we need to adjust the gap between the upper and lower rows of forming wheels when we want to press thin plates or thick plates. When we need to press thin plates, we need to reduce the gap, so as to protect the forming effect of thin plates

if you want to press the thick plate, you need to increase the gap. The thickness of the plate should just be able to pass through the distance between the rolling forming shafts of the tile press. Otherwise, if the gap is too small, the tile press will work hard or will not move the plate. If it is too large, the molding effect will be poor
