The nominal diameter of the drum can be increased by four additional sector plates. The uncoiler frame can be moved on the guide rail of the base and driven by the hydraulic cylinder to realize the central position control. In order to strengthen the stability of the drum, a support arm device is designed at the drum head. When there is a steel coil on the drum, the support arm is driven by the oil cylinder to hold the drum head. At ordinary times, the support arm retracts, which will not affect the winding

features of leveling machine:

Main frame: it is made of section steel, A3 steel plate and 45 steel forged bearing seat after assembly and welding, and it will not deform after annealing and qualitative treatment; The two bearing seats are bored at one time to determine the concentricity of the spindle installation without radial runout

Expansion and contraction drum: adopt sliding block type push-pull expansion drum; Four arc-shaped plates, line cutting slider pairs, expanding and shrinking diameter Ф 460~ Ф 520； The working length is 1300mm. The overall mandrel determines the concentricity of the drum during expansion and contraction. The drum surface is plated with hard chromium

3. Braking device: the pneumatic disc brake assembly is adopted, and the braking force can be adjusted. When parking, the brake is tight, and when driving, the brake is towed. Make sure that the roll will not be loosened in the standby and startup States, so as to avoid scratching the plate surface when loosening the roll
