The cut sheet metal shall have a flat surface, and it is not allowed to cut narrow sheets that cannot be compacted

4. The belt, flywheel, gear, shaft and other moving parts of the plate shears should be installed with protective covers

5. The feeding finger of the plate cutter operator should be kept at a distance of less than 200mm from the scissors mouth and away from the pressing device. The protective fence placed on the cutting trigger shall not block the operator's eyes from seeing the cutting part. The waste produced after operation is angular, and the operator should remove it in time to prevent stabbing and cutting

6. The flywheel, gear, shaft, belt and other moving parts of the plate shears should be equipped with protective covers

7. Place a fence to prevent the operator's hand from entering the area where the scissors fall. It is strictly forbidden to pick up waste materials on the ground during work to avoid being injured by falling workpieces

8. Do not cut quenched materials, and never allow cutting beyond the working capacity of the shearing machine
